subway station U1 ( 1 station in direktion Mangfallplatz to Haupbahnhof) Tram station on the corner Nymphenburger and Seidlstraße to Karlsplatz Stachus (tram 20/21 4 stations around 5 minutes)

It is the best theater in town with modern and interesting presentations. A good ensemble will move your feelings in an historical Jugenstil building.
