If you want authentic Po-boys take a little stroll 2 blocks down from the B&B to Darrell's. This is a bar a grill. It's not fancy, but, WOW, the sandwiches are out of this world. Try the Darrell's Special with the jalapeno mayo and their special gravy. You will need a stack of napkins because the gravy will be dripping to your elbows and it is sooooo worth it!

One of the few "must eat" places in Lake Charles, Darrel's is known for its poboys. Go there, and check out the menu and ask the waiter what they recommend. It's hard to go wrong with anything there.

Try the Darrell's Special. Three meat (Ham, Turkey, & Roast Beef w/debris) on French bread that is amazing. Be sure to add the Jalapeno mayonaise.
