"Throw me something, Mister!" This is a great place to visit and see more than 250 gorgeous and authentic Mardi Gras costumes. There is even a parade float! This museum is located in our historic Central School Building which is home to a number of non-profits such as the Lake Charles Symphony, Arts & Humanities Council and The Literacy Council, as well as another museum, The Black Heritage Gallery.

Great place to visit with lots of history. Curator was very knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the visit. Open 1pm-5pm, Closed Sun, Mon.
