夫婦で切り盛りされていて、心地よい接客もリピートしたくなる要素の一つです。麺がなくなったら閉店してしまうので祇園に来た際は早めに行ったほうが吉です◎ほっこり温かい気持ちになれます。 国内産の玄そばを使用し、「挽きたて・打ちたて・ゆがきたて」をモットーに、その都度、自家製粉を行い、つなぎなしのそば粉１０割を使った手打ちによる蕎麦をご提供いたします。 Soba Kobo ZEN is cozy Soba restaurant. They will be closed when they finish noodle for a day so its better be early there !
