Located at the L'Horizon Resort And Spa. With summer's insane temps behind us, it's time to soak in the stunning scenery at L'Horizon's sophisticated outdoor restaurant with dramatic features like the 26-foot walnut table and branching Lindsey Adelman lights. Michelin-starred chef Giacomo Pettinari, who opened the place last year, is involved again but it will be Jason Niederkorn, formerly of Aspen's Hotel Jerome, who will be heading things up in the kitchen. Expect creative Mediterranean fare including blistered sea scallops carpaccio with baby chiogga beets or crispy, smoked paprika squid on the upcoming fall menu. (Open to the public for dinner only, Friday and Saturday.)
