One of the best Roman food restaurants, lead by the new generations. Location is unique. You’ll find traditional dishes and new one all inspired by the Rome kitchen ingredients. Do not miss the tasty “Uovo barzotto con spuma di pecorino”, you’ll fall in love with it. Medium-high prices.

"TIBERINO", in Via di Ponte Quattro Capi n. 18, near Trastevere neighborhood and the Jewish Ghetto. They serve typical Roman dishes, using fresh products, cooked according to the real tradition. Usually, they don’t accept reservations by phone, but try to call them and to have an outdoor table booked for you on Piazza di San Bartolomeo, because the suqre is nice and there is a pleasant view.
