If you want to experience dining that celebrates all that the Cascadia offers, Farm Spirit is it. Flavors grown, foraged, distilled, and brewed from the rich bounty from these here regions, you may not even notice it's vegetarian-only. But plan ahead! It's reservations only.

If you’re looking for something extra fancy, they currently do meals some evenings. $70 for a two-person four course meal to go. Plant-based.

More of a splurge but totally worth it. Have taken meat eaters here and they love it.
