The peaceful Upper Barakka Gardens provide one of the most beautiful panoramic views in Malta, with a sweeping vista of the only natural harbour in the Mediterranean and the The Cities as its backdrop. It is also the site of several art, music and wine festivals throughout the year.

Fantastic views of the Grand Harbour. You can also use the lift to go down to the waterfront, where you find a variety of restaurants with the view of the three cities.
