The Thousand Islands Bridge is a local icon. There is a shop on the US side with local goods. Its also a quick trip to cross into Canada. There is an observation deck as soon as you cross into Canada.

One of a kind world famous bridge. You can walk across it if you have the courage.

This is one of the coolest things you can do for free in the area - drive to the NYS Welcome Center (go by the TI Bait and turn left toward the TI Winery). Take the next right. Park in the lot and you can walk over the bridge.

Walking on the thousand Island bridge is an amazing experience but not for the faint at heart. Bring camera and down load the “marine traffic” app and you can time it so when you are at the top of the bridge you will see a ship under you!!!! An awesome and once in a life time experience not to mention awesome photos. Call thousand island bridge authority to make sure bridge is open up for season to walk.
