For me it's easy to park, get cash from an ATM, eat late lunch at Pepper Lunch and best for meet-ups with family and friends. I even parked here and walked over the San Miguel avenue for errands and coffee.

The mall was named "The 30th" as it is located in 30 Meralco Avenue. It features four levels with approximately 184 shops, restaurants and services (under Service Avenue). Rustan's Supermarket serves as its anchor supermarket. A two-level open space / garden called Corte, located outside the mall, will soon be a haven for events.
