Excellent wine bar/restaurant. Simple fare based around "forgotten" vegetables. Most wine is organic.

One Michelin star 50€ for a stunning 3 course meal with wine Set in a splendid location Booking is essential, preferrably weeks in advance. You can still ask for a last minute table if you feel lucky. Probably the best value for money in Paris.
