Steven Edwards, a former winner of Masterchef Masters, opened his inaugural restaurant summer last year. Etch offers a refined tasting experience with a tasting only menu. Must visit for people who love a taste sensation!

If you are fan of Masterchef The Professionals this is worth a visit. Chef Steven Edwards was the winner in 2013. Superb food. Ideal for a very special occasion. You need to book in advance as it is a small 12 table restaurant. Tasting menu only.

Absolutely, without doubt, the best Restaurant in Brighton & Hove. Pricey, but worth every penny. Budget on £100 per person. Etch is a 25-30 minute walk WEST from Beaches Brighton.
