If you're looking to experience the massive, world record sized, cable tram which will take you to the Ferris Wheel (aptly named "SunWheel") this is it. They've also got an amusement park, which is essentially all to yourself.

If you want to sightseeing over HaLong bay and Halong city from above then cable car would be your very interesting choice. There is a beautiful place , it is Cable car. The cable car spans the Cua Luc inlet, offering dramatic views over Ha long bay. The views are particularly impressive at dusk. Your ticket includes a ride on the Sun ferris Wheel on the far Ba Deo hill and there are some funny game you can play in that hill, each hour there is a Pupet show, if you love exploring national culture, the pupet show is really attractive
