Just a few blocks from our airbnb, Sevier Park is a nice walk with the historic "Mary Benton's Sunnyside Mansion" at the top of the hill. This park is at the south end of the downtown 12 South area and can be reached via 12 south avenue or 10th avenue south.

Sevier Park is a quick 10-minute walk and is wonderful for an afternoon stroll, hammock in the trees or playground-time with kiddos. Across the street is a favorite local popsicle shop called Las Paletas.

This is a beautiful park near the 12th South neighborhood - where you will find a ton of great places to eat and some cool boutiques and coffee shops near Belmont University.

This park has it all - a fun playground for the kids, an excellent gym at the community center (small daily fee for usage), tennis courts, and gorgeous grounds to stroll. You could easily spend a whole morning or afternoon here. Dogs welcome, too!
