Great hike but can be very muddy. Good shoes and mosquito repellent recommended plus water.

I grew up going up here as a kid for a nice short hike in our beautiful rainforests with a rewardingly cold dip in icy mountain waters with a view of the waterfalls. Go during the weekday as it will be less traveled but locals and tourists alike.

Hike in Hawaiian rainforest on East Oahu. Arrive at waterfall. Dive in. Not as dramatic as Manoa Falls.
