Kids of all ages, and grown-ups too, will be happy to eat anything on this menu—huge portions of fried chicken, mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts with brown sugar and bacon, and biscuit sandwiches in every imaginable form. Seriously, there’s no need to order separately for little ones. Make an Upper West Side day of it. One of the city’s most beloved toy stores, West Side Kids, is across the street, and the Children’s Museum of Manhattan is around the corner on 83rd Street. My kids practically lived there when they were younger.

This place has the best mixed cocktails and southern food in the city! The portions are huge and delicious! I used to go here so many times when I wasn’t a vegetarian, but I still go there when I’m craving a biscuit or two! You must eat here!
