There is a new one new Starbucks very close to your building at Bruyeres Mews and Iannuzzi st. Also a Tim Hortons is located on Bruyeres Mews and Bathurst (North West Corner. Both are within 3 minutes walk.

Need your Starbuck's? Closest one to High Park House is about a 6 - 7 minute walk north at the corner of Roncesvalles and Dundas Street West. Small-ish inside seating, a few seats on outside patio at very busy corner, weather permitting.
