You can choose the stretch suitable for you. Start from Hoxton and make it all the way to Camden Market or stop at Angel or Kings Cross that has just gone through big redevelopment. Or do it the other way and walk home from either Camden or Broadway Market.

Actually you can access the Canal closer to home at the other end of Baring Street. You get a different view of London. Worth a look. You can walk to Victoria Park in one direction and Angel in the other.
