Great morning trip with one of the most beautifully scenic drives (about 30 minutes) you can imagine as you travel along the coast. Make sure to eat lunch at their cafe… it is quite a nice surprise both for the food and all the hummingbird visitors you may be lucky to see!

It’s more than amazing. Flowers, trails to walk, hummingbirds, butterflies, and a lovely restaurant. You can also buy some of their plants.

BOTANICAL GARDENS Requires 2 bus trips. First one is to Parque Lazaro Cardenas in the Romantic Zone. From PortoSanto walk to the bus stop, as shown: • Bus fare is $7.5 pesos • Take a bus that has BOTH Centro and Tunel written on the windshield. • Buses which indicate BOTH Centro and Tunel are heading to Parque Lazaro Cardenas without stopping downtown. • From PL Cardenas, walk 4 blocks east: • Take a BLUE bus at the corner of V. Carranza & Aguacate • The windshield of the bus should state: El Tuito / Botanical Gardens • Buses come by every 20-30 minutes. • Bus fare is $20 pesos
