Good place for nature lovers, or people who love standing next to a vast water dam, listening to the sound of the water and watching the birds and the gorgeous views. Great trip you shouldn't miss!

Day trip: The damming of Zakariasvatnet with a 96 metre high concrete dam in 1968 was one of the largest encroachments into the area’s natural environment.
