Market square is the centre of Nottingham city and often the site of markets, temporary exhibitions and pop up events.

There are sometimes events in the Old Market Square and it is an easy place to meet people before exploring the shops. The number 27 bus goes from the top of Hooton Road into town and stops just up from the Square.
