For whiskey aficionados, The Bow Bar is a must-go when you are in Sapporo. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant and old-fashion and the bar master who has a passion for what he does is quite possibly one of the most knowledgeable people in the country about old liquors. Prices really depend quite a lot on what you will order. For instance, a shot of DUPUY 1902 Cognac is ¥15,000 if you are interested in the pinnacle of what you can find in his library.
