Gotham West Market

It’s an awesome food hall, with vendors from Ivan Ramen to El Colmados’ tapas to Ample Hills Creamery—so many of the city’s favorite chefs in one place. I spent many weekends at the Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum around the corner with my three sons. If only Gotham food hall had been there in those days, I would have been as happy as my kids always were. It’s a perfect choice when no one can agree on what to eat. It’s also great when you’re traveling with loud and squirmy toddlers who need some room to roam, or perhaps teenagers who need some independent time away from the ’rents, while still safely in sight.
