It's a tiny lunch-counter style SE Asian spot. Pok Pok is star-status Thai food, now with a sister restaurant in NY! Known for their full-flavored chicken wings, the portions are smaller portions and pay more, but it's not like anything you would get at a typical Thai restaurant.
