Just across the street in New Market Center is one of the gems of the Boone food scene. Joy Bistro never disappoints. Quaint french bistro atmosphere and amazing food!

The inside is way more elegant than it's strip mall location. European inspired menu, nice wine list, white tablecloth dining or belly up to the bar. Scallops a specialty.
