This museum will show you how the people of Skye and the hebrideas lived for hundreds of years up untill the 1930s very good value for money.

Set in the rugged and beautiful north find out what it was like to live and work in Skye at the turn of the 20th century. Houses of that era are reproduced. Burial place of Flora MacDonald who helped Bonnie Prince Charlie escape after Culloden is at the Kilmuir Cemetery next door.
