Île d'Orléans is only about a 15 minute drive from downtown Quebec City or Old town. The island has lots of history and some of the oldest (private) homes on the continent. There are lots of agricultural activities including u-pics for all sorts of fruit and wine tasting.

Great for a daily visit and near the old Quebec so you can visit both in the same day !
