It is a museum of history and art under the patronage of the Bucharest City Hall. It is installed in the Sutu Palace.

With 12 different venues and a new managerial direction, that turned the concept of exhibition from a static experience, into a dinamic one. That means that on top of permanent and termporary exhibitions one gets in these venues a whole range of events like music concerts, book-events, art lectures, art and crafts fairs, etc.
