Try to find I better burger in Texas... I dare you. We always love to go here for lunch and grab a cold beer. Alamo Springs is only a 10 minute drive from Mogford Manor and you can also stop in at Old Tunnel State Park next door while you're down there!

Best burger in Texas! A beautiful 11 mile drive from Fredericksburg will land you at Alamo Springs Cafe. Grab a cold beer from the refrigerator and order a burger on the jalapeño and cheese bun. This is not fast food, so don't be in a hurry. It's well worth the wait!

They are known for their amazing burgers. Texas Monthly has ascribed them as the # 1 burger in the State of Texas. The restaurant sits in a remote area amongs hills, trees and picturesque landscape en route to this restaurant. Not only is the food amazing but the drive there is breathtaking.
