Here you can taste typical sicilian food in front of a majestic castle. You should try "cipollate" (spring onion wrapped in bacon and grilled), horse burger (typical meat in catania), "involtini di pistacchio" (roulade with pistachios and philadelphia) and parmigiana (a baked cake of fried aubergine with tomato sauce and mozzarella)
