Great sandwich spot for lunch or to grab a drink in the afternoon. Pull up in a boat or walk or ride your bike to the Downtown Manteo waterfront.

Located on the Boardwalk along Shallow Bag Bay. Serving Boar's Head Products and homemade salads. Be sure to try their Reuben or Lumpmeat Crabcake Sandwich. Great Pub which opens nightly @ 5

I recommend this one because it's pretty much a staple in Manteo. Good for when visiting Manteo and walking around downtown. They make decent sandwiches and soups. And it's on the water.
