I'd recommend parking off Spyglass near the Taco Deli and making your day down to the Greenbelt from there. You can also park off 360 near Mopac.

It’s a great hiking spot, and a fun place to fly a drone. Occasionally there’s water and a tiny “waterfall” but due to droughts it’s only there after a heavy rain or two.
