Nice show in a beautiful setting of Kaburenjo Theater. Don't go for the expensive seats, choose the cheap tickets and seat on the tatami. The view is nice and experience more authentic.

A rare site - the famous spring dance, where you can see miyako and geisha perform together! For $40 you can also enjoy tea service and take home a nice ceramic plate commemorating the event!

Presented by the Gion Kōbu geisha district, this is our favourite geisha dance in Kyoto. It’s a real stunner and the colourful images will remain with you long after the curtain falls. It’s held throughout April at the Gion Kōbu Kaburen-jō Theatre, on Hanami-kōji, just south of Shijō-dōri.
