You can't come to Tucson and not try a Sonoran hotdog. The competitor Guero Canelo is great too. We tried both and BKs was best for us but go and experience both yourself.

We used to be staunch Guero Canelo fans, but now slightly prefer BK for Mexican specialties like Sonoran Hotdogs, Carne Asada or Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers. Also try them for Mexican breakfasts such as Huevos Rancheros (Eggs with sauce and beans)

If you haven't tried a Sonoran Hot Dog, you are missing out. There are BK's all over the city, but the one on 1st St is fun in all its gritty glory. Eat one, and then eat another, we're not judging...

You haven’t had the Tucson experience until you have tried a Sonoran Dog. As an essential part of every T- Loc’s diet I had to include BK on the list. They are close to the casita and have one of the top dogs in town (and ice cold beer too). They also have a drive thru if you prefer as well.
