Plymouth: Famed across the world - this is where the Pilgrim Fathers set off from. The Barbican harbour retains an Elizabethan cobbled street charm. Highlights are The Elizabethan Garden, Plymouth Gin Distillery, the shops along Southside and plenty of options for food.

The Barbican is the historic waterfront area, bustling with pubs, clubs and restaurants You will have a great night out or perhaps spend the day exploring the tiny streets where smugglers and pirates once trod, there are many antique shops and art galleries too.

Best Pint in Plymouth..and they allow you eat in. so go next door to the Harbour Fish n Chips , order Cod or Haddock and sit in the Dolphin with a pint of Bass bitter.. you'll be gald you did !
