Taormina is a comune in the Metropolitan City of Messina, on the east coast of the island of Sicily. Taormina has been a tourist destination since the 19th century. Its beaches on the Ionian sea, including that of Isola Bella makes this place very crowd during the summer. Even in the winter we suggest to visit the town of Taormina which is perched on a cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea. Besides the ancient Greek theatre, it has many old churches, lively bars, fine restaurants and antique shops.

A glamorous village where you can sip your cocktail and maybe (why not?) buy a Valentino or Ermenegildo zegna dress ... There is also an extraordinary Greek theater (not to be missed). During the summer there is a very interesting calendar of concerts
Taormina is considered "The Pearl of Sicily" and is a beautiful hilltop village full of restaurants and shops. You can ride the tram up to this town, very fun! Just 20 minutes away.
