Wonderful small plates and by-the-glass wine selection. Also offer tea service most afternoons. Sit outside on their balcony if weather permits.

Located above Sucre in the French Quarter. Absolutely the most beautiful balcony view, though the inside is just as stunning. Brunch and tea service daily, Great Happy Hour deals on drinks and snacks, and a superb dinner menu. Open Thur-Sun.
