A good 'local pub' that serves mid-priced meals. Very friendly owners. There is a garden with tables and play area for kids. About 25 minutes walk away.

Friendly local free house that serves real ale within six minutes walk. Good food with discounts on food between 6pm and 7pm daily. Has open fire, restaurant, outside space and weekly Sunday evening quizzes.
