The cottage has a large garden and driveway offering private parking and the woodburner makes it an ideal cosy winter escape.

A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.

The Cottage has just been renovated to make the best use of this wonderful space. It is perfect for families or couples. It offers not only a formal sitting room with wood burner, but also a second sitting area or den for kids to have their own space. This property has three bathrooms, including a downstairs shower room and sofa bed for those who may struggle with stairs. There is also a fully enclosed garden with two tree swings, the garden backs on to the most beautiful parkland.

Our Cottage is pet friendly for one dog, please add this when you make your booking. Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.

Perfect for walking/birdwatching/cycling/relaxing. Walberswick/Dunwich beaches within 15 mins drive. RSPB Minsmere nearby. Village shop & pub 5 mins walk. Woodburner in winter.

This cosy and perfectly formed studio has everything you need for a short stay near the Suffolk Coast. Located on a private listed parkland and featuring carefully restored oak and chestnut beams and traditional features. A small kitchenette and a walk in shower and bathroom will make your stay very comfortable. A patio area provides the perfect spot for breakfast. Perfectly located within Latitude Festival which happens on the park every July.
