Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a brand new, unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Beautiful 2-bedroom cabin near Aylsham, Norfolk

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape, under the big skies of Norfolk. Barbecue over the fire pit whilst drinking sun-downers in this beautiful spot on our farm. Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Traditional Norfolk Coastal Cottage

Visit England '4 Star' with Gold Award rated - you can relax & enjoy the ambiance & atmosphere of Molly's Cottage, built in 2006 with all the characteristics & charm of a traditional Norfolk cottage, but newly renovated (2022) with all the modern comforts. Decorated with soft Farrow & Ball colours throughout & nautical accents, you can indulge yourself in the cosy surroundings, enjoy a meal with friends & family in the glow of the log burner or in the wrap around garden, surrounded by fields.

The Gatehouse

Enjoy a peaceful break in this compact, stylish space, ideally located just minutes away from the north Norfolk coast. Nestled within the 2 acre garden of an elegant Regency house, The Gatehouse is a wonderful country retreat. The timber vaulted bedroom contains a double bed and sitting area, with wonderful views through its large sash windows. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a patio area and the garden beyond, and there is a well-appointed modern shower room. EV charging is available.

The Loft is an independent self contained apartment overlooking the gardens at Well Cottage on the village green. Perfect location to visit multi award winning Gunton Arms and the Suffield Arms ( 1 mile away ). Also within easy distance of the Norfolk Coast, Norfolk Broads, and City of Norwich. National Trust properties are a short drive away, as well as the wealth of beautiful Norfolk beaches and Cromer Pier (with its pier shows and famous Cromer crabs).
