When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

Studio in the middle of nature. Unit has its own fenced backyard with full privacy. Walk to the beach or take a hike with many trails in walking distance. Evergreen State College is a 10 minute walk. Five minutes from the freeway and 12 minutes to downtown Olympia. Far from the chaos yet very close to everything. The studio is separate from the main house, has its own entrance and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, rice cooker and toaster.

We are just minutes away from walking trails, golf courses, shopping and freeway access. We are located 15 minutes south of JBLM and 15 minutes north of our capital building in Olympia. But why leave the property, everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay is here. Enjoy the birds, seals, sea otters, Puget Sound views and walks on the beach.

Relax and unwind in our squeaky-clean beachfront home with private hot tub & cozy fireplace. Beautiful Pickering is recently renovated and sleeps 6. Wake up to breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, wander the beach, soak in the hot tub, wrap up in a spa robe, and get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace. Cook on the gas stove, dine on the deck, breathe in the fresh forest air. Always fully cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Dogs allowed (preferably less than 20 lbs), with a pet fee.

Enjoy your own private beach front-no sharing with other properties or homes. Bring your boat, lake toys, swim, fish, or just "be" to the views and sounds of nature.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

Tiny House w/Private Beach + Kayaks

Enjoy a Puget Sound getaway while trying out tiny living. This tiny house is set on a one acre waterfront lot in a rural wooded setting. It has the amenities of home, just in smaller size. Access the beach via our private trail, paddle our kayaks, stargaze from the loft skylight, or hike the woodland trails at the state park close by. 15 mins to downtown Olympia, 8 mins to Lacey.

Newly renovated and cozy cabin on Offut Lake. A fifteen-minute drive south of Olympia, the lake offers year-round fishing for trout, bass, and perch. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen bed, and a fold-out couch in the living room. The large backyard can be used for barbequing or just hanging out in the sun.
