We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

My husband & I were booked into Sand Dunes at the end of January but a sudden health emergency put paid to that. Luckily after an excellent recovery we were able to stay the last few days. What a lovely few days we had too. Sat eating breakfast with that view. Wow. Great for accessing the SW coastal path too. Highly recommend. Pity we didn’t meet Katherine though.

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

lou the host answered any questions we had. the apartment was lovely and big, and everything was so clean. the location is great as you can walk everywhere if you don't want to use the car. will look to use again.

Lovely little place right near basic amenities and the beach. Plenty of walking can be done and everything is within easy reach. Great that this place has a private parking space as well.

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

Thank you, a lovely stay…..was worried about 1 full bedroom for 7 of us but actually worked fine - had all we needed and wow what an amazing views of the beach and dunes! Great communication from Miranda and wonderful to be back in Perranporth!

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

Perfect location beautiful views and the house was clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again. Hoping to go again this year.

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Lovely house in a great location, walking distance to the city centre. I would definitely stay there again!

Wir sind traurig, diesen schönen Flecken verlassen zu müssen. Wir nahmen am Lands End Trail teil und fanden die Unterkunft ideal. Schöner Strand und nicht weit vom Ziel des Trail auf den Blue hills entfernt. Von dort aus haben wir einige Abschnitte des küstenwanderweges gehen können und Stunden am Meer verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist toll. Es fehlte nichts! Supersauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Veebrsserungsvorschlag wäre eine kleine Sitzbank am Fenster im Wohnzimmer einzurichten, dort könnte man an kalten Tagen das Meer gemütlich beobachten. Aber das wäre nur noch ein zusätzliches Highlight! Wir waren sehr happy!

Becky and Alex's flat has beautiful views and they give very clear and thorough instructions. They also let you know what to expect in advance regarding the road leading to the flat and they give you several different parking options, which were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and it was really cozy!

Die Wohnung ist super und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. In der näheren Ungebung hat es zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und der Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Newquay.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had the best stay at Becky’s apartment for my husbands birthday. Everything was as described and Becky went above and beyond with the birthday request I had! She was very responsive. Everything was super comfy and clean and we had a great night sleep! We had everything we needed provided and the decor is lovely! Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back! The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
