This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

We renovated a 158-year-old historic building in downtown Dunedin and turned it into a European-style apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city: one block to the Octagon, the beating heart of Dunedin, the apartment is perched above a working ceramic studio and is handily placed between the Dowling Street galleries and Moray Place. Cafés, restaurants, and charming bars abound. Complimentary one-hour introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics is offered to interested guests.

Looking for a long or short stay in Dunedin? This beautifully modernised heritage cottage is mere minutes away from the centre of town on foot. Offering fantastic views across the cityscape. Luxurious bed linen on super comfy beds with a full kitchen and cosy lounge. A heat pump in the lounge and wall convection heaters in each bedroom will keep you super comfy and cosy. The house is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, towels and linen.

Private space on a lifestyle block, close to town.

My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.
