Living room windows are tinted for privacy. Comfy bed and all the bedding is cleaned in between guests. There are plenty of towels, linens, and the essentials you need to be comfortable. Experience a peaceful stay at the Suite and Simple, a mother-in-law suite located on the right side of the home. Enjoy the privacy of your own kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and private entrance. You can sleep a total of four people comfortably with a couch futon that expands into two twin-sized beds.

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Lovely, private townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. No stairs, with easy access. Private parking for 2 cars. As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. There is no catering/commercial food prep allowed from this unit, as it will overwhelm the space. No violations tolerated.
