Je suis resté à cet endroit fin avril 2025, le lieu est calme . Le quartier est sécurisé. Nombreux magasins et restaurant à proximité (Greenbelt). L'appartement comprend un salon et une chambre à coucher dans une mezzanine avec un coin bureau, le tout est bien agencé. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande ce logement sans réserve. Booked this place for my brother who has a scheduled flight to NZ. The place is near the airport and will be very convenient for anyone who doesn’t want to be late for their flights. He had the best time in this unit, it is pristine, modern and is complete with everything one would need. Instructions are detailed and is clear. The host is very responsive. Malls and restaurants are just a few steps away. I highly recommend the unit and will definitely book this again for my other relatives and friends who wants a place to stay in the area.

The view of Luneta and Manila Bay sunset is just one of the top reasons to stay in this unit. A huge smart tv is one I look for when i book my stays and her unit has one which is perfect for gaming and streaming. Utensils are complete. Shower room is clean with shampoo and conditioner dispenser and working water heater. Two AC units to keep you chill through the scorching manila sun. The area has easy access to beautiful destinations such as parks and museum. Malls and restaurants are also nearby. Host is very responsive if ever we have concerns. I would still pick this place if ever I need to stay in the area again.

Originally booked for 4D3N for a staycation over the Holy Week. We extended to 4 nights since we liked the place and the amazing view, day and night. Smooth check-in and check-out process; George shared clear instructions and is very responsive when you have questions or requests. The place is perfect for my partner and me with lots of room to spare. Unit has complete utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen, and a nice TV for your binge-watching evenings. Overall a good stay. If I had to nitpick, there's no AC in the living room and it can a get a little hot in the afternoon (we stayed here in April, with record breaking temps in PH) unless you draw the curtains, but an electric fan is provided too so it's still comfortable. I don't think this would discourage me from booking this again though.

The Tree of Life is THE BEST Airbnb place we have been to, in our more than 10 years of vacationing. The unit itself was spacious and filled with 5-star amenities. I loved the lavender scent of the body wash and handwash, the shampoo and conditioner were not the generic drugstore variety, but were nice on the hair. The beds were all comfortable with enough pillows for all of us. The location was the best, so many restaurants and shops around, and the view from the penthouse was fantastic. I loved how well-lighted the unit was with the floor-to-ceiling windows and the high ceiling. All the A/C units functioned well enough to beat the heat outside. Lastly, the peaceful and quiet surroundings gave us the respite we needed from our busy days. It's nice that our unit was kind of secluded, giving us the privacy we craved. I would definitely recommend this venue to friends and plan to go back soon! Lastly, the beds were all comfortable.

We had a great 3-day stay at this unit in Avida Towers near SM San Lazaro. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the mall, restaurants, and UST, which made everything super accessible. The unit was clean, secure, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. Communication was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. Big shout-out to Alysha and Bhea for being such accommodating and responsive hosts. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and well-located stay in the area.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Ms Jocelyn’s place is a gem! Communication with Ms Jocelyn is easy and clear, she responds really quick and she is very proactive. As soon as I book the place, she immediately tries to accommodate with your travel plans. Her instructions with check in and check out is clear and no issues at all. As soon as you check in the place, right by the her fridge she has all the instructions, down to the amenities that are available within the community. Security in the rental is definitely on point. I felt safe walking around the compound even at night. She ensures that your stay is amazing, i didn’t even have any issues because she already addressed everything prior to check in, in my case, a few days before my check in. I definitely felt at home in her rental, everything I needed was inside, and if i needed more, she has notified me of stores that are available within the compound. I definitely recommend this place. Five stars all around. I Will definitely rent it again!

Idk if skin ko lang ung hyper sensitive dun sa bean bag, but when I sat on it, instantly nangati and nagkaron ako wheals dun sa leg na nakalean sa bean bag. So localized lang ung wheals, it shouldn't be from the food that I ate. Ayun, also, thanks for responding agad re bidet issue. Would love to book your unit again. The home cinema, kitchen, and free parking was already worth sa pnay ko. Thank you!!! ❤️

This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

Made our stay in Bangkok wonderful!

This place is clean, and it's easy to communicate with the hosts. When we asked if they had a white plate, they provided one right away. I gave this unit a 5-star rating because this is our second time checking in with them, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. This was also the first time we’ve experienced being given an extended stay for free, which made our visit even more special.

This was our second stay at this accommodation, we stayed here when we arrived a couple of weeks ago before we flew to Boracay. Can’t fault the place and location is perfect as it’s close to the airport and nice malls like uptown mall in BGC. My girls loved the dipping pool and the condo felt safe and all the staff of the building are all friendly and nice. Will definitely staying here again next time we come to the Philippines!
