Take the ladder to the queen sized bed (low ceiling) overlooking the kitchen or enjoy a movie on the home theater. A well appointed kitchen will make you feel at home. You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Casita - Willow House Guest House

This unique place has a style all its own. Close to Bishop Arts and Downtown our guest house has all the privacy and convenience you need. Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. On the rooftop there’s a 2 person hot tub with incredible views of the city and Dallas National Golf Club.

Located just 10 minutes away from Milford Lake, the state's largest lake, 15 minutes away from Fort Riley, and 30 minutes away from Manhattan, home of the K-State Wildcats!

The Hidden Garden at Blackstone

Newly renovated second floor of a carriage house located on a historic property in the popular Blackstone District. Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners. Although situated in the middle of the city, the unit feels secluded from its urban environment and looks out onto a garden surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers and is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in both the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing.

New tiled bathroom with rainfall shower & wand, kitchenette, coffee station, record, CD & cassette player, games, packnplay, iron & board, smart TV, back deck, goldfish in tank to feed, horses and cattle, and farm cats. PETS MUST BE KENNELED WHEN NOT PRESENT

Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Our recently remodeled guest house is nestled in the heart of Osage County countryside, all while being located less than 10 minutes from downtown Pawhuska. Artfully decorated, it features locally handmade furniture along with beautiful woodwork. Guests can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit, receive a peaceful night's rest, and wake up, enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the landscape.
