Well, my husband and I have stayed there on and off for the last six months for local work, so we know the place well. Sadly, our project has come to an end, so our most recent stay will be our last for work. BUT, we love everything about Todd and Barbie and the house, and we will be back for fun hiking weekends. Hiking, waterfalls, everything nearby. It's the best place we've stayed in the area. Private, squeaky clean, big deck, large dining room table for big meals or spreading out the paperwork, GREAT internet connection and TV options. We'll definitely be back on our own - we feel so comfortable there in every way. I could not recommend any higher - would give it a "10" if I could. Todd and Barbie also bent over backwards to help us with a couple of last-minute schedule changes. Such honest and thoughtful hosts. Thanks Todd and Barbie for EVERYTHING over the last few months. We love you guys!

My family loved our stay at Wilstone! The home is lovely and pristine, with a warm and inviting family lodge feel. And the view is amazing! My teenage children enjoyed the downstairs rooms with private bathrooms and we all had fun playing pool. It was a fantastic set up for us! We’ve already agreed we want to go back!

Beautiful view and plenty of room for our family. Kerry responded quickly to my questions and gave clear directions. I’m glad she recommended to stay on paved roads since we arrived at night and alternate routes take you down gravel roads. Convenient location for our stay to enjoy snow tubing and amenities at the Sapphire Valley Community Center.

This is a great house - very clean, beautiful back porch view, and lots of space. We especially appreciated the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The kids had their own space in the evenings. Kitchen was large and well-appointed, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The location is very close to Dupont Forest and the cute town of Cedar Mountain. Brevard is about 20 minutes away. We didn't take advantage of the community amenities but there is a pool, tennis, pickleball, fishing etc. Stephanie was very responsive as well.

This home did not disappoint! Absolutely gorgeous! The host were available when needed.Well supplied with everything you need such as dishes, household supplies, shampoos, body wash, conditioners, skin lotion, laundry detergent and softeners. Anything that you need is already there except food and drink. The home is beautiful and serene, the waterfall is absolutely stunning and peaceful. You will not be disappointed at all!!

John's unit was a very nice place to stay. Everything we needed was available and easily accessed. Location was perfect for all the amenities /restaurants/hiking/shopping. We would highly recommend this place to stay for your visit to the western Carolina mountains. John was responsive and available when needed. Come to Sapphire Valley for a great vacation.

It was one of the best vacations I've ever had, a beautiful and complete house, a wonderful and peaceful place, lush landscapes, beautiful waterfalls, I want to go back to the same place in the summer to be able to enjoy the lakes better. I recommend it to everyone.

Very clean, nice comfortable beds super clean bathroom, well stocked kitchen!!! don’t buy coffee or sugar. It’s already there. Very responsive host.

We were in the area to hike the various trails and see the falls. This place was everything we needed and more if we had wanted to use the extra amenities (tennis, pickle ball, swimming, etc). The bed was extremely comfortable. The area was secluded and quiet. After a long day hiking, the shower was amazing. The pictures don't show it clearly but there is a large mini refrigerator with a separate freezer and also a microwave. Sarah is very responsive and clear with instructions and assistance. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and relax.

Great place! Very private you have a direct view of the falls. Very nice stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and very well furnished! We will definitely go back!

If you're looking for a condo in the Sapphire Valley Resort don't hesitate to book Heather's place! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and honestly the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed at!!! It was a super easy check in/out process, the decor was super charming, beds were so comfy, and Heather had really high quality shower/kitchen supplies. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extra touches! In addition to this we also really enjoyed the pool, lake, playground, and arcade. It was the perfect family getaway!

By far the best airbnb host we’ve ever had super fast to respond to questions and the accommodations were better than described. Beds were absolutely marvelous woke up every morning feeling better than new. This airbnb is a nature lovers dream. Highly recommend Sandy and the unit

We really enjoyed the apartment for a weekend stay with our 1 year old. Great location to easily access Brevard and Pisgah. Camden was super responsive and had we needed anything, I’m sure she would have been right on it. Just in case anyone else is thinking about bringing their baby here- the closet is huge (there isn’t a door between it and bedroom) and easily held pack and play with Slumberpod over it but you could also put that set up within the bedroom itself if needed. We had no issue not having a full kitchen, the bathroom sink is large enough to wash small things if needed. This is a cute and unique way to experience brevard and would definitely recommend it!

Our family of four had an incredible stay at this cozy Airbnb! The views of the snow-covered mountains were absolutely stunning and made for a perfect backdrop throughout our stay. Our family had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kids loved the Murphy bed! We especially loved gathering around the fireplace, with plenty of wood provided to keep us warm and toasty. Everything was just perfect, and we’d definitely love to stay again in the future!

My friend and I had a really great time. She enjoyed spending time walking around the gorgeous property and up the mountain, and looking out over the scenery from the porch swing was perfect for me. Everything we needed in the kitchen was readily available. My friend and I were also impressed with the rooms...they rooms were beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Cottage at Lake Lure provided unmatched views and a relaxed and peaceful retreat. Outdoor spaces are beautiful but unfortunately the boat house that was present at the time of booking had been taken down by the time of our stay, reducing the ability to be on the lake. Access to paddleboards and kayaks a plus and the ability to rent a pontoon was a wonderful bonus. Wifi access was spotty and phone service challenging - this provided some challenges to individuals who planned to work a remote day from the booking. Overall a great stay with fire pit, grill, time on the water, and gorgeous scenery.

Had the best time at Reah’s amazing lake home. The description of the house is spot on. Perfect location for a getaway or small family retreat. Can’t wait to come back and visit. Mark

Cute, cozy, felt right at home! The screened in porch and hot tub were an added bonus that we truly enjoyed.

If all of our travel experiences could be like this stop!!! It was like going to visit friends and have a beautiful little apartment all of your own to enjoy while you are visiting!! Cameron and Owen went out of their way to make me welcome , even to a loaf of great sourdough bread !! This stay convinced me to come back this special place and visit again , I will certainly stay with my new friends here in Glenville!👍👍🥰

Maggie was a wonderful host. Traveled in for our daughter’s graduation at Clemson. Wish we were able to spend more time at the property. So much festivities going on near campus. Her home was so clean and beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful stay at the happy red cabin! It’s a special place perfect for unwinding and unplugging. The town of Saluda has excellent food and lots of nature around to explore. The cabin is comfortable and clean, also private and quiet. We will definitely return!

What a true oasis! Amy is so extremely accommodating and helpful. She always responded within minutes and her place is beyond comfortable. The beds were cozy and linens were superb. The entire space was beautifully decorated, uncluttered, and extremely clean. There was plenty of space for our 4 person family. The property itself was bountiful in adventures: my kids explored the creek and woods around the house, as well as the Tallulah Falls Lake, which we kayaked every day (the lake had a rising mist that was straight out of a gothic movie in the mornings). We enjoyed Tallulah 1882, the General Store, and Wander (all just down the road), hiked Tallulah Gorge and drove up to Anna Ruby. We ate at many places in Clayton. It is private and secluded, yet did not feel far from great restaurants, hikes, and entertainment. It was the perfect getaway for us. I cannot rave enough about it, and it inspired us to look at real estate to have our own little slice! We didn't want to leave!

It is exactly as it looks in the photos. PERFECT for two. Great location.
