Beautiful new house with a panoramic seaview

Nydelig stilfullt hus som ble ferdigbygd i 2024. Huset er 110 kvm over 2 etasjer, og har panoramautsikt til sjøen, det er som å befinne seg på en båt. Utsikten er helt fantastisk. Huset har alt du trenger. Her kan du virkelig slappe av med kokkelering på kjøkkenet eller nyte et glass vin på sofaen mens du ser på nordlyset eller midnattssolen. Nærmeste busstopp er 150 m fra huset, det tar 10 min inn til sentrum og 7 min til Fjellheisen. Det er egen garasje for gratis parkering og lader.

Or why not spend 20 minutes walking in the opposite direction and find yourself in the city centre of Tromsø! Our fully renovated Villa offers everything you will need during your stay in Tromsø. Det er en sentral og moderne panorama leilighet på toppen av Tromsø med store vinduer i et stille boligområde med lite trafikk. Leiligheten er fullt møblert med alt av kjøkkenutstyr, bad, peis, sengetøy, håndklær, soverom med komfortabel 150 cm bred seng og romslig garderobe. Det er 20 min gangavstand til sentrum, 10 min til matbutikk, 5 min til Skoglyst bussholdeplass med hyppige bussforbindelser til flyplass, sentrum, UNN/UiT og fjellheisen. Taxi til flyplassen tar 10 minutter.
