Tucked away in a beautiful woodsy landscape, Little Blue provides utmost tranquility while still being a short walk to the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. 20 minutes in either direction, you will also find Lake Tahoes best attractions!

This exquisite stone cottage, constructed in 1939 using rock sourced from the Tahoe basin, offers a unique blend of historical allure and modern comfort. Amenities include exclusive access to Tahoe Park’s private HOA beach and lakefront park, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private level 2 EV charger (fees apply). The cottage is central to all West Shore amenities, including trails, markets, and dining. **Please note the majority of Tahoe homes, including this cottage, do not have AC.**

Cozy, classic and updated A-frame features a view of Donner Lake, a quiet neighborhood, and thoughtful modern updates making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy all that Truckee has to offer! PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).
