Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Εχει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενα μπανιο και μια κουζίνα με καθιστικό. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαγειρικά σκεύη και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

House Chaliki close to the sea

Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
